JumpGate hits stores

3DO's massively multiplayer online space simulation, JumpGate, is now available in stores. In addition to traditional space simulation features, JumpGate incorporates a number of role-playing elements. The game is set in a huge persistent universe inhabited by three rival factions. Players begin with a spaceship, and they can trade, form alliances, complete missions, and battle enemies as they try to build their fortune and reputation. In addition, the game's dynamic universe is constantly changing according to the actions of the players.
