It took James Clavell over 30 years to write The Asian Saga, a story that has since been adapted into Shogun on FX and Hulu. The novels take place over three centuries, starting with feudal Japan and moving through World War 2--and if you're looking for a piece of historical fiction to get lost in, The Asian Saga is worth a closer look. Best of all, the series is now included in an audiobook bundle at Humble, letting you pick up eight audiobooks valued at $232 for just $18.

Three different tiers are available for the bundle. Pay just $1, and you'll get the audiobook for Shogun, Part One (which encompasses the first half of the novel). The better option is to step up to the $10 tier to get Part One and Part Two, along with audiobooks for Gai-Jin and Tai-Pan. Gai-Jin covers the political drama of 1800s Japan, while Tai-Pan examines the founding of Hong Kong.

The most premium tier costs just $18 and gets you all the above audiobooks, plus the rest of the series with King Rat, Noble House, Whirlwind, and Escape. Most of these push the timeline forward considerably, taking place during World War 2 and throughout the 1960s. But despite the different settings, fans of the show should find much to love about these iconic tales.

You'll find a breakdown of all the available tiers below. And if none of them catch your eye, be sure to check out all the other bundles available at Humble, which include everything from Boomer Shooters to Warhammer books.
