Cho'Gall was first shown off at BlizzCon earlier this month, but this video provides an overview for each of his (their?) abilities. It's longer than the standard showcase video, as there are more abilities here than the average character.

The player who chooses Cho is the one who controls the character's movement, basic attacks, and a few abilities. These include a lunging punch used to either initiate battles or escape, an area-of-effect burn attack that also provides healing for Cho'Gall, and a co-op move explained below.

A teammate can choose to play as Gall, who wields more active abilities. This includes a low-cooldown skillshot that fires in a straight line and a damaging orb that bounces two times (at various ranges, depending on how it's aimed initially). Cho can also launch out a ball that does a small amount of damage that can then be activated by Gall to deal a good amount of area damage.

You can see all of this, as well as Cho'Gall's Heroic abilities, in the video above. We also get a glimpse of the alternative the character has to a standard mount; Gall can activate a speed boost that causes the character to sprint in hilarious fashion. We also see how, rather than ride a mount, Cho'Gall carries the mount (like a horse) on one shoulder.

Cho'Gall doesn't yet have a release date, but is one of three new character on the way to the game. Like Cho'Gall, the others are both from Warcraft: Lunara and Greymane, both of which are ranged assassins.
