PC Data results from the week of August 15-21 show that Half-Life reclaimed top position on the sales charts.

PC Data revealed its hits list for top-selling software for the week of August 15-21, 1999. Half-Life showed some rejuvenation, reclaiming the number one spot on the chart and knocking the previous week's top game, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Gold Edition, to fourth place.Following Half-Life on the list was Starcraft at number two, Roller Coaster Tycoon at number 3, followed by Rainbow Six, Monopoly, Need for Speed 3, and SimCity 3000.
