Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- announced

Now THIS is how you do classic 2D art/graphics in modern 3D!

This is one of the very first games that's REALLY TRULY and ABSOLUTELY nailed the beautiful look of classic 2D artwork and visuals but now with 3D tech and the benefits that come with that.

Now, all the classic developers (Capcom, Konami, Sega, Nintendo...) need to have a look at this game then go back and do remakes of all their very best 2D games using this technique to preserve the original style and charm while bringing their games bang up to date.

For me GG have second best characters in 2d fighting games.

Wow, I haven't played GG for over a decade. I remember I-No, the final boss, was a real pain to kill. I don't think a fighting game boss ever gave me this amount of grief. At least she was cool unlike that freak Seth.

I mostly used Sol Badguy and Ky (like everyone else I guess) but this time I want to play as Dizzy or someone unique.

Cannot wait! I never played Guilty Gear but I absolutely love BlazBlue (Chrono Fantasma looks awesome). I'll be picking this one up for sure. It's probably the PS4 game they mentioned a while ago.

Ky's ponytail is there to better differentiate him from Jin... and also to balance out the fact that Sol is twice as buff as he used to be. Seriously, guy must have bought a Bowflex.

Oh F yea. I love GG. Blaze blue is good too. Its just I prefer the character design waaaaaaaaaaaaayy more and the music is better

wow they did just to the game and then some with that engine. I mean I love Sprites special HD ones but this is like anime in HD in 3D. Now if only there could Games like RPG that look likes this as I not big in to fighters but GG is probably the only one I like at this point. Love the music in them too

Attention Capcom: I know some games you should look into remaking using these graphical techniques please :)

Dat 2D/3D transition. That's really awesome news. I dunno why someone felt the need to make Ky 10% more feminine, but it's not the weirdest thing in Guilty Gear by far.

Sweet, gonna take a while for the Console versions though.

Guilty Gear series is SO UNDERRATED... I remember playing the first one and being blown away! The characters were so weird too!
