David Jones hasn't been associated with the Lemmings or Grand Theft Auto franchises for years, but he is still identified as the "creator" of the two game series. His new company, Real Time Worlds, founded in 2002 and deep in the development of two new titles, said today it received $31 million in funding from venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates. The money will go toward the development of Crackdown, an Xbox 360 title due next year from Microsoft Game Studios and All Points Bulletin, a massively multiplayer online game to be published and supported by Korean MMO game operator Webzen, due for the PC and Xbox 360.
