GTA 5 Xbox One/PS4/PC Gameplay Footage And New Details Coming Today

Grand Theft Auto fans will want to set an alarm for 9 AM Pacific / 12 Noon Eastern today, as that is when Rockstar Games will release new gameplay footage and fresh details for the upcoming Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC versions of Grand Theft Auto V.

"Interviews and new info" are also promised, according to IGN.

GTA V launches November 18 for Xbox One and PS4, and in January 2015 for PC. The updated versions of 2013's best-selling game will include better graphics (reportedly 1080p on PS4), as well as better draw distances, more wildlife, and denser traffic, among a long list of other improvements.

People who already played GTA V for Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 are being rewarded with bonus content in the form of new vehicles, weapons, and lots more that you can read about here.

GTA V it sure have a big open world but no much to do with it and the story was too short. I couldn't care les about online because it's crap anyway, the last time I played GTA Online was in November 2013 and there was nothing that will make me to go back and play GTA Online. Now they relaunching this game with better resolution but with same story mode and yet they will probably still charge people who brought the copy on PS3 and X360 the full price. I used to love GTA for stories and if they focus on stories first rather than online, it will be better. Opinion shared

<< LINK REMOVED >> I actually really enjoyed the open structure of the GTA Online universe as opposed to the GTA V story missions. It reminded me of the older GTAs (GTA III onwards). GTA V story missions were too structured and had way too many set pieces for my liking. Reminded me of COD single player campaigns. I like the old GTAs where you were given an objective that you could do it in like 5 different ways. With a structured missions setup with setpieces, it removes the open-world feeling of an open world, especially if you're following one set path throughout the mission.

The missions that brought the open-world feeling back were those Assassination missions for Lester and the GTA Online missions. All in all though I think it was perfect because if you played both GTA V and GTA Online, you got a good mix of structured missions with set pieces and open missions that you could complete in any way possible.

Honestly? I am hoping to see footage of the online portion where the female chars doesn't look like Tammy Fae and have to wear shades because it looks like someone punched them in the face. =P

Other than that I assume what we will see is a updated GTA5 footage. I don't know what more I could ask for outside heists (just to shut these tools up!) and homes by the beach with windows you can see out of at ground level.

<< LINK REMOVED >> buddy, i have done some comparison, and ps4 looks MASSIVELY better. 360 and ps3 version have throw up ugly a$$ textures, 720p 30fps, sub par lighting, less people, terrible aliasing problems and frame rate issues. ps4 will fix and improve vastly over all those problems and plus add more wild life, better lighting, weather and car damage effects better and more foliage system + more traffic and peds. 1080p 60fps.

I don't know which system I should by this game for, my PC (7950 hd) or PS4. As of right now I only have Oct. ps plus freebies and blacklight retribution on my PS4.I think i'm gonna wait a lil bit to see if GTA V is a bad port or not.

GTA 4 port was terrible and made me think 10 times before buying a R* game so am holding out to see how it turns out this time around and please stop saying Max Payne 3 was a good port i know that in fact it was a fantastic port but you have to remember that game was not open world or near the scale of GTA5.

A news update about an incoming news update. Seems kind of redundant. Im curious myself as to how they plan on implementing the ps eye on the ps4. I've been looking for a good reason to buy one, but haven't had one yet.

I probably will still get it, but Rockstar really should make a trade in promotion for the last gen to the current gen, so that if you trade in your last gen version, you can get the new version for half off or something
