GTA 5 Online's Latest Update On PS4, Xbox One, And PC Is All About The Holidays

GTA V's weekly multiplayer update is out now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and as usual it's full of discounts, a new vehicle, and a new mode for GTA Online. But this particular update also gets in the holiday spirit with the launch of this year's Festive Surprise mode.

Festive Surprise comes with a bunch of holiday items to customize your character with, such as ugly sweaters, scarves, and masks. Additionally, on Christmas Eve, you'll be able to get your hands on a Krampus mask, so you can dress up as the European Christmas demon who terrorizes children into behaving well.

In addition, this week's update comes with a new car, the Ubermacht Sentinel Classic, and a new Adversary mode, called Occupy. This mode sounds like a variation of territory control; teams vie for control of several zones, and the more zones that a team holds at one time, the faster they gain points.

Finally, the Premium Stunt Race is H200 and the Time Trial is Sawmill until December 25. On December 26, this switches to Double Loop as the Premium Stunt Race and Cypress Flats as the Time Trial. Everyone who participates in the Premium Races will earn triple RP, and the top three finishers will receive a big GTA$ reward. The Time Trial, meanwhile, grants a big GTA$ and RP bonus for those who beat the target time.
