E.A or Activision should by this IP, or Sony, since they alread are working with Kojima.. or even Microsoft... E.A and Activision sometimes act like bastartds by milking their franchises, but at least we would receive some great games, instead of seeing what Konami is doing with this beloved franchise... It seems that they are doing this just to piss off Kojima, since not only they are releasing a slot machine with MG, but they also used Fox Engine to remake all the videos..

So weird, They own fox engine and all the rights to mgs, they have all of the code written for the game play from mgsv, they've recreated 70% of the assets for mgs3, theirs very little left to do to actually make the remake of mgs3. Its very strange, at this point it would cost them very very little to make it.

I can't believe Konami used the Fox Engine to make MGS3 look this incredible just to implement it in a slot machine. I played the original version bought Subsistence & the HD remaster. If they don't plan to continue the series they should release this as a remake but it seems Konami is moving away from gaming.

I admit, I have not played any of MGS games, but I am a huge Bethesda Softworks fan, so I get the fandom for MGS.

So, what the heck is this? I don't get it. Like, if you get three of some kind, do you get to watch some HD footage of the game? I am trying to understand what an action game has to do with pachinko.

God I hate you, Konami. This is such just heartbreaking to watch. I mean, LOOK how gorgeous those character models are! And it's all for a pachinko machine...

It's one thing to be reluctant to go and remake an entire game visually, but it's another thing entirely to go and remake the game visually and not actually be willing to release the remade game. Even if it's just the cutscenes, that still accounts for about 80% of a Metal Gear game and I would be okay with them just turning MGS3 into a CGI film and releasing it on Blu-Ray. Hell, they can go and do that with all 4 main games and I'd be happy. I would love to see MGS1 and MGS2 running on this visuals as well.

Looks like they took all the cutscenes and made a beautiful movie. Would buy and dub the english VA. Wonder if they have any plans to release as a stand-alone movie. They definitely could.

They fixed the Boss's hook nose but EVA's face looks kind of man-ish from the side.

Amazing graphics. Since they have all the main characters remade, they might as well go all the way and remaster the game! :D

@7tizz: What I wonder about is how much all this improves the actual experience of playing the machine. Slot machines in NA certainly do have visual stuff to draw people in but it also has a lot do with things like the price per play and the payouts. I guess in Japan they take it to a whole other level and maybe that's what people there want, I don't know.
