DreamCatcher Interactive has announced that Gore: Ultimate Soldier, its first-person shooter, has gone gold and will soon be available. The game, which was developed by Nebraska-based 4D Rulers, is set in a dark futuristic world. It includes an offline single-player ladder system, as well as a variety of multiplayer modes, including deathmatch, team deathmatch, capture the flag, and tactical warfare. Players will choose from eight different character classes, each with different weapons and abilities. Most of the weapons in the game also have secondary fire modes, giving players a wide range of options in combat.

Gore: Ultimate Soldier is scheduled for release next month. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
