Great PC deals can be harder to come by than console versions of games, but if you know where to shop, you can find fantastic discounts on some of the best PC games around. Green Man Gaming is one of our go-to sites for finding deals on PC titles, from classics to new releases, and right now the storefront happens to be celebrating its 10th birthday in business. To mark the occasion, GMG is slashing prices on a bunch of games and kicked off a series of flash deals on some stellar titles, like Control and Monster Hunter World.

The flash deals will be available for just 48 hours, so be sure to snag anything you want while it's on sale. Plus, anyone who buys one of the featured flash deals will receive a free game via GMG's "birthday wheel." In addition, Green Man Gaming is giving away a bonus free game to anyone with a GMG account who buys a game on the store. After buying a game, you'll need to log in and head to the VIP section to get the free code.

Now Playing: XCOM: Chimera Squad Video Review

The current slate of flash deals some deep discounts on a variety of fun games. The PC version of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne's Master Edition is $43.82 (normally $60). A number of other cool games are also on sale: Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is nearly half-off at $23.79, and Control is just $37.04. Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is also on sale for $17.42.

One of the biggest games on the planet is also getting a discount: Red Dead Redemption 2 is on sale for $44.15, while it's normally $100 Ultimate Edition can be had for $55.19. It also just launched on Xbox Game Pass for console, but if you're looking to play on PC, we haven't seen Red Dead Redemption available for much cheaper since its PC version released late last year.

The brand-new XCOM: Chimera Squad just released April 24, and you can already grab it for over 50% off at GMG, which is offering it for just $9.20 in this sale. The game earned an 8/10 in our XCOM: Chimera Squad review for condensed combat that makes every choice big and meaningful, its diverse cast and abilities, and more.

As always, be sure to double-check which launcher your game key can be redeemed on--while many of them are for Steam, some games must be claimed through Uplay or the Rockstar Games launcher. As Green Man Gaming's month-long birthday sale continues, there will be even more flash deals and free games to take advantage of, so stay tuned. In the meantime, check out the best flash deals available now below.
