With the weekend upon us, Google Shopping has kicked off a brand-new flash sale that's going all weekend. The sale discounts a number of gaming laptops that are capable of running the vast majority of modern PC games at modest settings or higher, depending on the title. There's also a great deal on the Xbox One wireless adapter for using controllers on your PC, in addition to a couple of external hard drives, which are perfect for plugging into your console and increasing your storage space for games. The sale runs from now until Monday, May 4.

May the 4th is also Star Wars Day, and a lot of different retailers are holding Star Wars-themed sales full of awesome figures, games, and other merchandise. The best Star Wars Day deals run through the weekend. There's also an excellent Steam Golden Week sale full of great discounts on games like Monster Hunter: World, Final Fantasy XV, and more.
