Game Of Thrones Creators' 3 Body Problem For Netflix Gets A Mysterious New Trailer

Game of Thrones creators D.B. Weiss and David Benioff are working with Netflix on a number of projects, including the sci-fi series 3 Body Problem. The latest trailer has now arrived, and it provides the best look yet at the upcoming show that arrives on March 21.

3 Body Problem is described as a "genre-bending" series based on the book series of the same name. It tells the story of how a young woman's decision in China in the 1960s has ripple effects through the space-time continuum.

"As the laws of nature unravel before their eyes five former colleagues reunite to confront the greatest threat in humanity's history," reads a line from the show's description.

The series will dig into metaphysical concepts, it seems, as a character says in the trailer, "When your consicioouness ends in one world, it could continue to exist in many other worlds."

Netflix paid Weiss and Benioff $200 million to make and oversee content for the company. In addition to 3 Body Problem, Weiss and Benioff are producing a show called Death by Lightning, which is a drama about the 20th US president, James Garfield, and the man who murdered him, Charles Guiteau.
