Fans of Fortnite will be able to enjoy more products based on the popular IP, as Epic Games has announced a five-year extension of its contract with Hasbro. This licensing deal will see the production of more action figures, tabletop games, and outdoor play products.

Announced during Hasbro's investor event, the new deal will see Hasbro continue to produce more Nerf products based on items from Fortnite and integrating the game into Monopoly--which were specifically mentioned in the press release.

"Hasbro's expertise in the realm of collectible figure and role-play segments has yielded incredibly positive results for our long roster of entertainment-based action brands," said Adam Biehl, SVP & GM at Hasbro, Inc. "We've had tremendous success collaborating with Epic Games and the Fortnite brand over the past few years, and this expanded product licensing partnership allows us to deliver an amazing lineup of Fortnite-inspired toys and collector items that we’re confident fans will be excited to experience."

New Fortnite Hasbro products are currently on track to launch later in the fall. In the spring in 2019, Nerf first released Fortnite-branded blasters and Super Soakers. Additionally, GI Joe's Snake Eyes appeared in Fortnite, which in turn led to the release of Fortnite x G.I. Joe Collab Snake Eyes: Zero Point Edition figure, which is available exclusively on Hasbro Pulse. Zero Point itself has been the driving force in Season 5, with Season 6 expected to kick off soon after a major event.
