SquareSoft has recently released Final Fantasy X International for the PlayStation2 in Japan. The game features English voices with subtitles available in both Japanese and English. The menu interface can also be switched between Japanese and English, so the package is quite user-friendly for those who plan to import a copy. Other features include a new Sphere board, additional boss battles, and minor tweaks in game balance.

It also includes a bonus DVD called Other Side of the Final Fantasy 2, which contains the epilogue "Final Fantasy X: Another Story" taking place two years after the game's ending (in Japanese voices and subtitles), interviews with voice actors, music video clip of the theme song, and new footage of SquareSoft's Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy XI, and Square Masterpieces.

Final Fantasy X International for the PS2 is currently available in Japan, but there has been no word yet on a North American release.
