In celebration of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth launching on PS5 today, we've rounded up some deals on books and movies that further explore the universe of Final Fantasy 7. For instance, Final Fantasy 7: Traces of Two Pasts tells the stories of Tifa and Aerith prior to the events of Final Fantasy 7. You can get the hardcover edition for just $16.79 (was $25). You can also pick up Final Fantasy 7: On the Way to a Smile for $11.88 (was $14), which is set in the period between the original Final Fantasy VII's ending and the Advent Children film.

Speaking of Advent Children, you can grab the 4K version of Final Fantasy V7: Advent Children Complete for $20 (was $31). The Complete version of the movie adds new scenes that were not included in the original release.

While these books and movies offer more Final Fantasy 7 stories to enjoy, you can also learn more about the development of the original Final Fantasy 7 on PS1 with 500 Years Later: An Oral History of Final Fantasy 7, which is available at Amazon for $33 (was $40). This particular book was originally published by Polygon, but now it's available in book format. There are also discounts on art books that dive into the development history and world of Final Fantasy 7 Remake. You can grab the hardcover editions of Final Fantasy 7 Remake: Material Ultimania for $25.31 (down from $40) and Final Fantasy 7 Remake: World Preview for $17 (normally $25).

If these book and Blu-ray deals haven't sated your desire for more Final Fantasy 7 merch, you can also preorder the upcoming FF7 Rebirth Cloud Strife Static Arts figure for $50 at Amazon.

Though fans understandably have Final Fantasy 7 on their minds, there are also discounts on other Final Fantasy art books, including the Final Fantasy Ultimania Archive series. This trio of hardcover art books features concept art, developer interviews, design materials from the first fourteen numbered games in the series. Volume one covers Final Fantasy 1 through 6, volume two covers the PS1 trilogy of 7, 8, and 9, and volume three contains 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. The Final Fantasy Ultimania Archive books were published before the launches of Final Fantasy 15 and 16, so they aren't included in the first three volumes. Luckily, the official art books for both games are on sale at Amazon, too.
