When Bethesda announced the recommended PC system specifications for The Evil Within last week, the company did not share details about what the minimum requirements would be. Now, Bethesda has done just that, posting the details to its blog.

You can see The Evil Within's minimum PC requirements below. Bethesda cautioned, however, that if you want to experience The Evil Within in all its "gory glory," then you'll want your rig to meet the recommended specifications.

"You won't be experiencing the game at 1080p and you'll likely need to turn off some features, but you will still be able to have a great experience with the game," Bethesda said about the minimum requirements.

The Evil Within's minimum requirements:

  • OS: Windows 7/8.1
  • GPU: GTX 460 or an equivalent 1 GB VRAM card
  • CPU: i7 or an equivalent 4+ core processor
  • RAM: 4 GB
  • HDD: 50 GB

The Evil Within launches on October 14 for PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4. In other news about the game, you can now pre-load the Xbox One version.
