TOKYO--Game studio Think and Feel, a subsidiary of publisher Ertain, is seeking developers to work on a 3D fighting game for the PSP. Last week, Think and Feel posted online job listings indicating that the company is seeking out designers to create various 3D models for the project.

Job requirements are not especially strict--a high school diploma or above, and a knowledge of 3D Studio Max. Both part-time (1,000 yen, or $9, an hour) and full-time (200,000 yen, or $1,831, a month with standard benefits) positions are available.

Think and Feel and its parent company Ertain were established when the company New Corporation decided to separate its operations into four different branches in 2002. After the restructure, Ertain became publisher and parent company to Think and Feel, New Corporation, and another development studio named Grandprix.

Ertain is best known for its recently released real-time strategy title for the Game Boy Advance called Monster Summoner. The company has already announced that it is developing a new Monster Summoner for the Nintendo DS, so this means that it will be releasing titles on both of the next-generation handheld systems.
