Electronic Arts Monday announced the promotion of four senior execs. Stan McKee, Nancy Smith, Mark Lewis, and Don Mattrick will become executive vice presidents.

Stan McKee becomes Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. He continues to be responsible for corporate finance, treasury, planning, operations, investor relations, legal and business affairs, information technologies and human resources. Mark Lewis becomes Executive Vice President, International and continues to be responsible for all business activities outside of North America, including international licensing and OEM sales, as well as corporate management of operating units based in Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, and China. Lewis is largely responsible for building EA's powerful international operation.

Nancy L. Smith becomes Executive Vice President, North American Sales and Distribution. She continues to manage the field sales organization, affiliated labels program, licensing and OEM sales, telesales, and the sales transactions departments for all of North America.

Donald (Don) A. Mattrick becomes Executive Vice President, North American Studios. He continues to oversee EA's five studio units and its R&D groups, with product development and staffs located in San Mateo, CA; Austin, TX; Seattle, WA; Baltimore, MD; and Vancouver, BC.
