The Arrow's Reach Talisman is located in Limgrave within a Stormgate tower. To reach this location, warp to the Gatefront Ruins Site of Grace and head through the gate and through the linear road into Stormhill.

As you exit the ravine and enter Stormhill, take a sharp left and stick to the cliffside until you reach a tower sitting near the edge of the area.
