Black Friday: Get A Nintendo Switch SD Card For Cheap

If you're stocking up on digital Switch games, you'll want to expand your storage with a microSDXC memory card.

After being offered briefly earlier this month, Best Buy has brought back its very nice deal on Switch SD cards for Black Friday. Whether you're download games as part of the eShop Black Friday sale or picking up certain physical games that require additional downloads, there's a good chance you'll eventually run out of internal storage space on your Nintendo Switch or Switch Lite. There's where a microSDXC card comes in. Right now at Best Buy, you can get a 128GB microSDXC card for $20, down from its normal price of $68, and a 400GB microSDXC card for $60, down from a whopping $180.

If you're looking to expand your storage space, the 400GB is more than enough to hold all of your Nintendo Switch games--unless your Switch library is truly huge. As noted above, some physical games do require a microSD card, as internal storage isn't large enough. One such example is the Borderlands Legendary Collection, which is currently on sale for $25.

Those who are on the hunt for new Switch games are in luck, as there is a bunch on sale right now. You can take a look at our roundup of Switch Black Friday game deals and the best Switch game sales going on right now. You can pick up the just-released Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity for $50, Fire Emblem: Three Houses for $35, and a whole lot more.
