For the first time in three years, EA Sports is returning to the octagon. The publisher officially announced EA Sports UFC 5 today, while also revealing the game’s logo.

The official announcement did not address any specifics--roster, release date, etc.--regarding the new game in the announcement. However, interested players can register for updates via the game’s official website, and expect more information during the game’s full reveal in September.

The announcement comes three years after the release of the previous game, EA Sports UFC 4, which was widely praised by critics for its graphics, control scheme, and variety of game modes. EA Sports UFC 5 will mark the first EA Sports UFC title built during the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 era of game consoles. However, release platforms for the new game have not been confirmed as of this writing.

The full reveal for EA Sports UFC 5 will be coming in September, according to the official release.
