Dragonshard beta sign-up begins

Want to get your hands on Dragonshard, the real-time strategy title based on the Dungeons & Dragons franchise, before it releases? Atari today announced that it is now taking applications for participation in the upcoming game's closed beta test. Interested gamers can sign up at Atari's official beta test site (use the code SHARD-PRE when registering).

Developed by Liquid Entertainment, Dragonshard is based on the newly created D&D universe of Eberron. The title promises to blend a rich fantasy storyline with classic role-playing themes and a powerful RTS engine. It will be available in stores in March 2005.
