Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth just launched a few weeks ago, but if you're itching for more action, you might want to check out a great discount on Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion. Usually listed for $50, the popular game is just $20 right now. You'll need to move fast to cash in on the offer, however, as the game has already sold out at Amazon and Target--and the PS5 version is now sold out everywhere.

You're still able to snag an Xbox Series X and PS4 copy of Crisis Core, and since the PS4 version comes with a PS5 upgrade, you're really not missing out on anything except for the case art. It's highly probable these versions sell out by the end of the week, as this is the best price we've ever seen for the game.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion is an HD remaster that takes place before Final Fantasy VII. It follows Zack Fair, a Shinra Soldier operative that is given the task of finding the missing Genesis Rhapsodos. Things quickly become more complex as he stumbles upon Shinra's dark secrets and meets with iconic characters such as Cloud, Aerith, and Sephiroth, making it the ideal game to play if you just can't get enough of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.

Our Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion review gave it an impressive 8/10, due to its quality-of-life updates and engaging combat.

"Crisis Core Reunion features fast-paced action-style combat," wrote critic Jess Cogswell. "A remake of the 2007 PSP exclusive Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Crisis Core Reunion is a faithful retelling of Zack Fair's story with dramatic visual upgrades, full voice acting, and several quality-of-life changes. While you shouldn't expect any new content or story revisions, you can expect a powerful ode to the kindest man you'll ever meet and the legacy he passed on."

For even more fast-paced Final Fantasy action, you'll find Final Fantasy 16 discounted to just $40 at Amazon and Best Buy.
