Codemasters has announced that it will release a PC version of the sequel to its popular Colin McRae Rally, and it has also released new art and screenshots from the upcoming game. Colin McRae Rally 2.0 will feature a wide variety of rugged terrain, including ice, gravel, and mud. You have the option of racing seven different cars in various locations around the world, from Greece to Indonesia. A new arcade mode adds wild, fast-paced action to the game. Players view the action from five different camera angles, including the realistic "head cam" view, which effectively conveys the bouncing and jostling that takes place inside the car.

Colin McRae Rally 2.0 will be available in November 2000.
