According to reports from officials at MarsTV, China's The International 2014 qualifiers, held May 20-23 held in the Huaxi Golden Hotel in Jiangsu, China, reached 7,128,161 unique views over the four-day span. The second day of qualifiers had the highest peaks of the four days, with 422,965 concurrent viewers and 2,379,995 unique views, which saw LGD dominate the group stage with a 8-1 record.

Viewership totals are taken from Chinese streaming services Fengyun, Duowan (YY), Sina, 17173, and PPTV. DotaTV numbers are not included. These numbers do not account for overlap of unique viewers from one day to the next.

Following the end of the Chinese TI4 qualifiers, Newbee's winning run in the Mars TV Dota 2 League attracted 4,939,964 unique views, with 574,935 peak concurrent viewers.
