New cosplay inspired by Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is some of the best we've ever seen. Not only are the outfits for Snake and Quiet spot on (and the photography excellent), but also feature a real wolf, playing the role of D-Dog. Click through the images below to get a closer look.

The grey wolf used in this photo shoot come from Germany-based Filmwolfe, a company that trains wolves to appear in film, TV, and photos. The wolf in these images is named Lobine.

All photos come from German photographer eosAndy (via Kotaku). For more on the subjects, click through the links to see more work from Quiet actor Maja Felicitas and Snake's Maulcosplay.

The Phantom Pain was released in September, garnering a positive critical reception across the board, including a 10/10 score from GameSpot. A recent report claimed that series creator Hideo Kojima had left Konami for good, though the publisher has since claimed he is only on vacation.
