Capcom has announced the fifth and final new character being added to Ultra Street Fighter IV: Decapre.

Decapre is one of M. Bison's "Doll" guard, and is a clone of Cammy--herself a former Doll. The character herself is like a cross between Cammy and Vega, and features charge-based attacks.

The announcement has been met some criticism, accusing Capcom of reskinning Cammy when fans were expecting a freshly designed character. Street Fighter producer Yoshinori Ono had said the character would be someone who had never been playable in the series, which is technically correct.

Decapre joins the previously announced quartet of Rolento, Hugo. Poison and Elena. The game will also feature the recently unveiled Edition Select Mode, which allows players to select the balance variants of their characters from previous titles.

Ultra Street Fighter 4 will be released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in June, with a PC version following in August.
