It's no secret that tensions can run high during the course of any competitive game, something that often bleeds over into questionable humor and off-color insults. As such, it's somewhat unsurprising to see Blizzard releasing a handbook that provides a clear set of regulations and policies, including guidelines on issues such as alcohol, illegal substances and so on.
There are a few items of interest in the manual such as the mention of OnGame Network in the General Release sub-section and the strict rules surrounding Player Tournament Offenses (Three penalties will result in a 5% prize money deduction, each further penalty will continue adding another 5% prize money deduction). Most probably won't affect the rapt audience but if you're curious as to how it all breaks down, here's the hand book in question.
