Black Ops 4 Down To £30 For Black Friday 2018

Cheers, John.

Black Friday is still a couple of days away but the discounts are already rolling in. And they're not just limited to the US, where Thanksgiving and Black Friday is actually celebrated. UK retailers are jumping on the bandwagon and offering discounts to entice would-be shoppers into spending some cash. If you're in the market for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, high-street retailer John Lewis is selling it for £30, which is the cheapest we've seen it.

That price goes for both the PS4 and Xbox One versions. It must be noted, however, that delivery is going to add to the price. The cheapest option is Click & Collect for £2, and will require you to head to a store to pick up the item even if you order it online. Still, £32 is pretty good for the game, considering it's a very recent release.

Now Playing: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Video Review -- Big Changes

Naturally, this deal will only be available while stocks last, and given that John Lewis isn't a video game specialist don't be surprised if it's out of stock relatively quickly, especially at that price.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 earned a 8/10 from GameSpot. In her review, Kallie Plagge said the game's "three main modes are substantial." She continued: "Multiplayer introduces more tactical mechanics without forcing you into them, and it largely strikes a good balance. Zombies has multiple deep, secret-filled maps to explore, though its returning characters don't hold up and prove distracting.

"Finally, Blackout pushes Call of Duty in an entirely new direction, making use of aspects from both multiplayer and Zombies for a take on the battle royale genre that stands on its own. Sure, there isn't a traditional single-player campaign, but with the depth and breadth of what is there, Black Ops 4 doesn't need it."
