Batman Oreos Are Coming To Deliver Some Sweet Justice

Riddle me this, riddle me that, who's ready to eat an Oreo that has the face of the Bat?

Ahead of its upcoming March debut in cinemas, merchandise for The Batman has slowly begun trickling out to promote the Matt Reeves-directed film. If you've been hungry for justice, then The Batman's Oreo cookies will likely satiate that craving for some sweet vengeance. Remember, it's not a cookie. It's a warning that your blood sugar levels are about to spike up.

As seen in the trailer, the limited-edition Oreos will feature the image of Robert Pattinson's Batman, carved into the cookie shell. This isn't the first time that Oreo has teamed up with a pop culture giant, as last year the company released a line of Pokemon cookies into the market.

If you were lucky, you could open a pack and score a rare Mew Oreo, which currently have a price tag on eBay for anywhere between $100 to an astonishing $100,000. Will Pattman Oreos command the same aftermarket value when they arrive? In a world where NFTs have taken off, anything is possible.

In case you missed it, Warner Bros. released a new trailer for The Batman that highlights the relationship between the vigilante and Catwoman (Zoe Kravitz) in the film. 2022 is shaping up to be a massive year for the DCEU, as the release schedule will see Black Adam arrive in July, The Flash hits cinemas in November, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom arrives in December.

On the gaming side of the calendar, fans can also look forward to Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
