Awesome Halo 5 Halloween Pumpkin Carving Shows Master Chief vs. Locke

It's the middle of October, which means Halloween, and its various jack-o-lantern festivals, are upon us. Video game pumpkin carvings are nothing new, but this new Halo 5: Guardians creation is quite impressive. Courtesy of Twitter user Daniel M comes a stunning Master Chief vs. Locke carving. No word on if this was done free hand or with a stencil. But does it even really matter? The Master Chief vs. Locke story is at the heart of Halo 5's galaxy-changing narrative. Microsoft is even decking out two cars in today's NASCAR event with Master Chief and Locke paint jobs to hype the game even more.

We'll likely see many more video game pumpkin carvings in the coming weeks, but for now, you can also enjoy this Luigi Death Stare pumpkin from 2014.

The Halo 5 release date is set for October 27 exclusively for Xbox One. In other recent news about the game, 343 has announced its launch day multiplayer playlists and revealed all the achievements.
