The game--which is developed by Pearl Digital and distributed in the region by Cherry Credits--is a third-person shooter that focuses heavily on player customisation of in-game characters. Each class has unique characteristics, such as invisibility for the assassin, team health boosts for the Guardian, and shields for the Gunner.
The game is set for a closed beta in early 2013, with an exact date yet to be announced. Gamers in Singapore can, however, play an alpha build of the game this weekend, with Avatar Star playable at the Licence2Play event being held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Center. The event takes play from December 7 to 9, with Avatar Star playable at Exhibition Hall E.'
