Aussie game charts: September 8-14

Spore falls down; Wii Fit continues to dominate.

For the past several weeks, Nintendo's Wii Fit has ruled over the Australian game charts with an iron fist, and last week was no different. In the latest release of industry figures, GfK Australia confirmed that Wii Fit has again made it to number one.

Not content with just the top spot, Nintendo has also managed to snag the second position with the Wii Play bundle for the week of September 8-14. During its second week of sales, Spore dropped down one place to number three. Mario Kart Wii remains in the fourth position, whereas Super Smash Bros. Brawl moved up into fifth place. Despite cracking the PlayStation 2 top 10 in the last set of charts, Wall-E has finally made it into the overall top 10, debuting at number six. After being on sale for just a few days, Mercenaries 2: World in Flames from EA still managed to claim the seventh spot. No week would be complete without Dr. Kawashima appearing in the charts, and this week is no exception. Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain took out the eighth spot. Barbie Island Princess moved into the ninth position, and surprise entry Call of Duty 3 finished off the week at number 10.
