Trine developer Frozenbyte has announced that its next game, Shadwen, is on its way to PS4 in addition to PC. The stealth-action game resembles Assassin's Creed and features time-rewind mechanics reminiscent of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.

Frozenbyte's marketing manager Kai Tuovinen posted details on the upcoming stealth game to the PlayStation Blog. Shadwen's only rule is to not get caught; if you're seen by an enemy, it's game over. You won't have to worry about making any quick decisions, as the game operates similarly to first-person shooter Superhot--time only moves when you do. And if you make a mistake, you can instantly rewind time.

You control Shadwen, an assassin with a king as her target, and you're followed by Lily, an orphaned girl who isn't aware of your goal. You'll have to take out foes lethally or non-lethally right in front of Lily, and each action will have an impact on her and the story.

The game's system requirements have also been revealed on Steam, and you can take a look below to see what you need to run it:

Minimum PC System Requirements:

  • OS: Windows 10/8/7/Vista, 64-bit/32-bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i3/i5/i7 1.8 GHz CPU dual-core or AMD 2.0 GHz dual-core
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 260, Radeon HD 4000 Series, or Intel HD Graphics 4000
  • DirectX: Version 10
  • Storage: 4 GB available space

Recommended PC System Specs:
