Microsoft has announced that its stand-alone online role-playing game expansion Asheron's Call Dark Majesty has gone gold and will arrive in stores later this month. Dark Majesty includes the full version of Asheron's Call, as well as new features such as housing and storage. In addition, the expansion includes the new island of Marae Lassel, which features a wide variety of new quests, dungeons, and items.

Asheron's Call Dark Majesty was developed by Turbine Entertainment, the studio that created the original game, and it will be available in stores in late October for an approximate retail price of $20. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the expansion.
