PlayStation 5 players can grab physical copies of Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon for just $50.41 at Amazon (normally $60). This is one of the few discounts we've seen for the PS5 version of the game since it launched in August.

The Amazon discount only applies to the PS5 version of Armored Core VI, but PC players can grab the game for just $52.19 at Fanatical.

Armored Core VI is the first new entry in From Software's long-running mech action franchise since 2013's Armored Core: Verdict Day. The game is set in a far future where humans discovered a highly volatile fuel source known as Coral on the remote planet Rubicon 3. Players control a mercenary mech pilot taking missions for multiple factions fighting to control Rubicon 3's last remaining Coral supplies. In GameSpot's 8/10 review, Richard Wakeling praised Armored Core VI's robust mech customization and excellent combat that "remains true to From Software's original vision," and feeling "refined to welcome an audience that cut its teeth on the studio's most recent work."

While Armored Core VI plays differently From Software's dark fantasy action-RPGs like Bloodborne or Elden Ring, it still carries the studio's trademark difficulty. Luckily, the official Armored Core VI Pilot's Manual strategy guide launches on November 30, and includes information on the numerous parts, enemies, and missions in the game, a list of recommended AC builds, detailed guides for completing every mission with an S Rank, and more. You can preorder the Armored Core VI Pilot's Manual for just $38 at Amazon (normally $45).

Armored Core VI: The Fires of Rubicon is available now on PS5, PS4, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.
