A few more seasonal items are now available for a limited time in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Until February 14, players can order two special items celebrating Valentine's Day: a chocolate heart and a heart-shaped bouquet.

Both items can be purchased from the Seasonal tab in Nook Shopping and cost 1,200 bells apiece. They are also available in different colors each day, so check Nook Shopping often if you want to get your hands on different varieties. A couple of other seasonal items are still available for a limited time as well, including a football rug and cheer megaphone to celebrate the Super Bowl.

Now Playing: Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Official Free Update 1.28.20 Trailer

The new seasonal items arrived as part of Animal Crossing's January update, which also added the Festivale event to the game. That takes place next week, on February 15. As part of the event, Pave the dancing peacock will visit your island, and you'll be able to catch different colored feathers and exchange them for rewards.

In the lead up to Festivale, the Able Sisters and Nook's Cranny will be selling festive clothing and furniture. You'll also be able to purchase a new reaction set, and everyone who installs the January update will receive a set of maracas in the mail as a free gift from Nintendo.

In other news, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has surpassed more than 30 million copies sold, making it the first console exclusive game in history to reach that milestone in a calendar year. That also makes New Horizons the second-best-selling first-party Switch game to date, behind only Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which has moved 33.41 million as of December 31.
