Activision Value extends deal with Cabela's

Activision Value Publishing has today announced that it has extended its partnership with hunting outfitter Cabela's with an exclusive video game licensing agreement that doesn't expire until the year 2014. Cabela's has been working exclusively with Activision since 1997, and recent games to come out of the partnership include Cabela's Big Game Hunter on the PlayStation 2 and Cabela's Off-Road Adventure 2 on the PC, both of which were released last year.

"The Cabela's titles offer unprecedented realism with authentic firearms, equipment, and comprehensive safety guides to deliver a quality level that both hunters and gaming fans can really enjoy."
