Activision Gets Vampire License
Nihilistic Software will develop the first title, due at retail next year.
Activision says it has acquired the worldwide Vampire license from White Wolf Inc. The Vampire franchise includes Vampire: The Masquerade, Vampire: The Dark Ages, and Kindred of the East. Activision has the exclusive rights to develop and publish interactive games (all platforms) based on the property.
According to White Wolf, the Vampire universe is the second most popular role-playing game (bested only by Advanced Dungeons & Dragons).
