Acclaim dropped by our offices today to give us a chance to play a few of their latest titles in development. We've split our coverage into sections for each game so as to cut down on confusion and offer you way more screenshots. Part two centers on Trickstyle.
Today we had the opportunity to play the latest build of Trickstyle, the futuristic hoverboard game for the Dreamcast. We played through the first three training missions that are designed to not only help you learn how to play the game but also unlock new tricks and moves that are essential to have if you wish to do well in the racing circuit. Then we moved on to the actual racing, which is amazing to say the least.
The nine different characters that you can choose from have their own unique look and attributes. You can also choose from several different hoverboards different strengths and weaknesses to perform more than 40 stunts.
Trickstyle will be released on September 9, just in time for the console's launch.
