A24 Is Making Us Afraid Of TV Sets With I Saw The TV Glow Trailer

Jane Schoenbrun is back with A24's new horror movie I Saw the TV Glow.

A24 has set the standard for new and imaginative horror movies for a decade now and continues that lineage with I Saw The TV Glow. It's director Jane Schoenburn's follow-up project from their creepy-pasta cult horror movie We're All Going to the World's Fair.

The film is centered around two friends, Owen and Maddy (Justice Smith and Brigette Lundy-Paine), and the mysterious and eerie events that follow after their favorite TV show is canceled. Check out the bizarre trailer below.

The film also stars Ian Foreman, Helena Howard, Fred Durst--yes that one--and Danielle Deadwyler, among others, in supporting roles. Emma Stone and Dave McCary serve as producers under their Fruit Tree banner.

The film has already been screened at Sundance and the Berlin International Film Festival. Early reviews are across the board positive with its score on GameSpot's sister-site Metacritic an 86, indicating "universal acclaim."

I Saw The TV Glow will hit South by Southwest before a planned nationwide release on May 3.
