Wrestling games on the Gameboy Advance reached a high point in 2001 with the release of Fire Pro Wrestling D, a delightfully fun game with a deep combat engine and a surpisingly robust create-a-wrestler mode. Since then, the genre has been in a sort of tailspin, with the bad titles outnumbering the good ones. The newest WWE game for the GBA, WWE Survivor Series, is the first GBA wrestling game from publisher THQ in two years.
