$40 Batman: Arkham Knight DLC Pass Revealed, Offers Six Months of Content

Kind of an odd misleading headline. Intentional? There is a huge difference between offering six months of content and offering a few hours of content over a six month period that people can rip through in one sitting.

$100 premium edition eh?

Warner Brothers seems to be getting a little bit ahead of themselves with their DLC and microtransactions considering this and Mortal Kombat X.

I'm still gonna buy this game but I won't buy this season pass. I don't care about skins. If there's story content, I'll get those separately if its reasonable. Skins is just a waste of money.

I will never buy a "season pass." I'm not paying $80-$100 day 1 for a game that I haven't even played yet and mystery content.

I think this could be worth it. Rocksteady is likely going to try and keep this game alive as long as they can because it is the only game they can work on until WB says otherwise. It is not like they have another game in the works. Either way its better then the COD season passes we get now a days.

I really don't want to be a part of this gen.

even though im getting Arkham Knight for free ill wait to buy the seasonpass to see if we REALLY get well done campaign dlc cuz Arkham City only had 2 campaign dlc Catwoman & Harleys Revenge

The day after I pre-purchased on Steam. Dunno what I was thinking, in hindsight. Shoulda just waited for the GotY edition.

I'll buy it at the same price as Arkham Asylum and City, heavily discounted. Not worth it right now at all.

As much as I'm eager to play Arkham Knight, all of the past DLC from Arkham City and Arkham Origins turned out to be complete trash. I don't have faith in DLC this time around. Not for 40 dollars. At least, the recent Evil Within gave a solid amount of content for the 20$ asked, two mini-campaigns and a third unreleased one. For 40$, I'd expect 60% more content of what Arkham Knight will deliver, which should be around the 20 hour mark if compared to it's predecessors. And I doubt we'll get 12 more hours of content.

Last time I got the season pass for Origins I got exactly 1 story DLC and it wasn't very long. Pass. Easy Pass. Season Pass.

Even though I have Arkham Knight pre ordered I have doubts about promised future DLC. I was disappointed with Destiny, Unity, and Isolation in terms of "promised DLC". I love all the games I mentioned but I think these season passes are only worth it if you personally feel it is.

I won't be buying this game then either, sad... Looks like I'm basically done with gaming, seriously. Mighty No. 9 has day 1 DLC and now this sh*t? 6 months for $100? Sounds like a rip off to me, I can spend less than that on an MMO and get far, far more play time.

I feel like publishers are ready to say screw it, the new price of games is 100 bucks, 60 for the base, and 40 for the trickle down support of it throughout the year.

Not sure why people are surprised. They did a similar thing with Arkham City due to all the DLC.

I will get it next year for a highly reduced price that has all the content. I have enough of a backlog as it is and there are plenty of games to play this holiday season.

I'll just wait till it drops 30 dollars, then I'll buy it at "full price. "
