The awesome-looking Star Wars arcade machine that debuted earlier this year, Star Wars: Battle Pod, will be available for purchase for your home beginning next month in standard and premium editions. The asking price? $35,000 for one, and $100,000 for the other.

Bandai Namco today announced plans to offer a home version of Battle Pod, the arcade machine that lets you relive iconic scenes from the original movie trilogy, including the trench run and the Battle of Hoth. In addition to the novelty of its dome screen that helps to immerse players, the machine shoots air and has a rumbling seat.

These machines have been in select arcades (primarily Dave & Busters) for several months now, but you can soon have one of your own for $35,000--a sum that doesn't include shipping and setting fees. Considering this is a 1,200-pound machine, it seems fair to assume that won't be cheap. Orders begin on June 18.

The $100,000 premium edition units are custom built upon being ordered. They have leather seats and the unit itself comes in one of two designs inspired by either the Rebel Alliance or Darth Vader. Other perks of this edition include a plate with a serial number and your name engraved on it, a special owner's manual, and "exclusive carpeting."

More details on how and when this version can be ordered will be announced on the official website "after mid-June," presumably once the fervor over the exclusive carpeting has been allowed to subside.
