A huge disappointment to all armored core fans out there.

AC4 and ACFA players will be VERY disappointment with this latest installment. Let me cut the story short. YOU ARE GROUNDED. You can barely quick boost any more and you are SUPER SLOW. The companies are non existent and the weapon variation is gone. You can't even dual wield blades anymore. Everything that was Armored Core 4 related is gone. The story mode doesn't make sense and it combines online multiplayer so you can take over other teams "territories". All the complicated FRS tuning is gone. This game is very very constricting, not free flowing like the other games. What was wrong with the fast paced gameplay in the previous game? What happened to the storyline? What happened to the classic Armored Core feel? Even the multiplayer isn't very good because you cant even manually view rooms anymore, they just stick you in them now. Being a HUGE AC4 and ACFA player, I am VERY VERY disappointed in this game. It is nothing like the previous games and is just plain DUMBED DOWN. Sure it's more team based, but why make it into a whole different game? It just feels like chromehounds with people just shooting each other on the ground, not like AC4 and ACFA where you actually had to quickly dodge bullets, missiles and lighting fast bladers. All it is now is some pretty mech game, with no deep story line, no good multiplayer system which connected the world together, no complicated tuning for us geeks who care for the little bit of extra speed or areodynamics. It's done, no more, dead. I'm really sad that it had to come to this. This one is going into the bin. Maybe they should just revive ACFA, release a patch or something, I would GLADLY rather play that.
