Downstream Panic is a nice and charming puzzle game along the lines of lemmings. It consists of you saving 100 fishes through different hazards and enemies; you achieve this by using different tools like bombs, plant walls, fans that activate bridges and hooks amongst other things. The game has 80 levels and for each one of them the number of fishes you have to save varies.

The game play is quite addictive and soon you will be hooked, the downside is that it can get frustrating at times, mainly because you can't do anything else if you are stuck on a level (believe me this will happen a lot); You can replay levels you've unlocked. When you replay an unlocked level you can buy additional tools to help you save the 100 fishes in every level. Another downside is some of the levels require too much timing to be able to achieve victory thus adding to your frustration. When you finally finish the 80th level you unlock survival mode where you start either from the first level or a random one saving 100 fishes but in the next level the number of fishes saved carries over as your starting amount.

Downstream Panic has beautiful bright colors and the graphics really help out with the whole cute little fishes approach. All this is enhanced by a fun and comic sound track that fits quiet well with the game. If you enjoy puzzle games you have to buy this game.
