GREAT being chased by the cops is ace and so is the general play ... but theyve cut a lot of corners

i think this game is great but unlike the second all the shops are there for you and they all sell the same things you cant get neons you cant get hydrolics you cant change the head lights they realy let it slide on that other wise it would be by far the best of the series but i still think its a great game with many a hour of fun gameplay and multiplayer gameplay .
and of coarse this game is better because the story is more compelling and the characters are actually actors that have benn put in the game it is awesome its a shame the makers didnt think to add more from the second and first games
