APB - Innovative & Amazing (sadly poorly managed)

User Rating: 10 | APB (All Points Bulletin) PC
First of all you will hear this all over the web is this game had potential. A game were you could customize beyond your wildest dreams, and others could appreciate and purchase. And this is the case, I myself was getting known as a top designer on the game with some amazing symbols (such as the redbull logo, took me over 8 hrs). Also customizing your cars and cloths were the same (cars = Shelby gt500 and hemi cuda). RTW also had the great way of paying with RTW points. These were points that you could purchase off their website and use in game to buy items other users had posted on the auction house (including money, custom symbols, cloths, ext). The seller actually earned these points and could use them to buy things off the auction house, OR pay for their monthly subscription (and for me MMO fees can add up when unemployed). The online play needed work due to hackers and aimbots and exploiters, but if you could deal with them sometimes, then the game was alot of fun. Sadly the game received bad reviews mainly cause the reviews played solo and didn't co-op. Now I also wanted to bring up the part about selling symbols and other custom items. On every other MMO I have played I was never tha rich, but because I could make amazing customizations in this game I was extremely wealthy. Sadly RTW screwed over it's users and all their hard time played (myself about 10 weeks and almost 400 hrs). But rumors have been going around EPIC games has been interested in picking it up as the head developer loved the game (but for the source code that allowed the customizations or to revive unknown). Also this has stayed at the point of rumor and never been make official, although head to my blog and look for a post about if epic will ever buy apb, I found an interesting link on the web. But all in all this was probably one of the best games I have played over my 14+ years of gaming, and hope to see it again. This review may seem vague cause the only true way to experience the game was to play it yourself. Also here is a video I threw together, the main reason is actually the song cause I made this song in APB (which reading online has been considered one of the best music editors out their), but I threw together some screens and video I had laying around. Thanks for reading and hope we can all pray for the revival of All Points Bulletin.
