Probably the best turn-based strategy game I have ever played! Even after all these years I still have it installed in my computer and every once in a while I enjoy playing it.
The campaigns are immersive and highly addictive!
The possibilities of the Editor to create scenarios are endless and very easy to get the hand of it. Besides, there are loads of scenarios downloadable from the internet (some bad some good) which provides great variety. There is also the possibility of item creation even during a game which takes the game to another level of possibilities.
I truly hope that another Age of Wonders game is released because they really got the formula right! This is a turn-based strategy game where you have to think to win but it is simultaneously very simple to play. It isn't like the recent ones which overwhelm us with data (like Rome Total War and sequels) and became boring after a while.

This game is a classic!
